The Committee on Finance moved to amend the bill on page 2, section 1, line 5, following the word “authorized” by striking out the period and inserting the following:

“with the following amendment:

On page six, paragraph 4.1.3.b.2, following the word “for” by deleting the word “commercials” and the comma.”
